With a legacy of innovation, integrity, and collaboration, they foster a culture of continuous growth and empowerment.about the job ...In this role, you will need to organise and execute the approved sales, business development and distribution activity for the foodservice channel by working with distributor sales team for sustainable, profitable growth and equity of the company's products.Job responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your dedicated accounts
- Build and maintain strong lasting distributor/key customer relationship
- Overseeing customer distributor/key account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit.
- Supporting and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute company strategy for sustainable growth.
- Forecast and track distributor/key account metrics
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Business/Hotel Management
- Possess sales operations, in-field sales execution, solution selling and key account management experience is required and understanding of demand creation and forecasting will be an added advantage for this role
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience with a FMCG company
- Knowledge in business development in foodservice channel focusing in HORECA, QSR and Manufacturing
