Job Summary: We're looking for a Brand Designer Specialist who can translate vision into powerful and on brand visuals that truly connect with our audience. You'll be the creative force that brings ideas, concepts and brand strategy to life and turning abstract thinking into visual assets that inspire, engage and make an impact. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Brand and Marketing teams to ensure every design reflects our identity and aligns with our future direction. More than just technical skills, we're looking for someone who is proactive, forward-thinking and confident in sparking conversations around branding, design trends and creative innovation. Key responsibilities: Creative translation & development: Transform business and marketing concepts into high-quality, brand-aligned visuals for digital, print, events and campaigns. Act as the creative bridge between the brand vision and execution, and ensure ideas are translated effectively into design. Develop original concepts that maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh and innovative elements. Brand alignment & collaboration: Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to interpret campaign objectives and produce assets that meet both creative and business goals. Proactively suggest and discuss branding improvements, design trends and creative opportunities. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Forward-thinking design: Stay ahead of design and branding trends, proposing ideas that keep the brand relevant and distinctive. Bring creative problem-solving skills to projects, offering visual solutions that elevate messaging and positioning. Explore new tools, techniques and formats to enhance creative delivery. Execution & production: Deliver a range of design outputs including social media creatives, campaign visuals, presentations, event branding and promotional materials. Ensure all deliverables are prepared to the highest production standards for print and digital use. Maintain an organised digital asset library for efficient team access. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related fields. At least 3 to 7 years of experience in brand design, marketing design or related creative roles. Proven ability to turn abstract ideas into visually compelling and commercially effective designs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or other design tools. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and layout principles. Experience working closely with Brand or Marketing teams to execute campaigns. Artistic hobbies (illustration, painting, photography, etc.) that can be applied to brand projects. Experience with motion graphics, animation or video editing. Familiarity with Figma or collaborative design platforms. Show more Show less
