Assist in identifying process improvements and support compliance efforts through documentation and implementation of standards. 3. Operations and Reliability Management Support day-to-day network operations, monitoring, and maintenance activities to ensure high availability and performance. Assist in troubleshooting, incident response, and disaster recovery planning from architecture and design perspectives. Contribute to problem management efforts by documenting root causes and suggesting long-term solutions. 4. Team Leadership & Development Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts within the team. Support skill development through knowledge sharing, training guidance, and feedback on performance goals. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture. 5. Vendor, Budget & Compliance Governance Assist in managing vendor relationships, technical evaluations, and procurement processes (e.g., RFI/RFP). Contribute to lifecycle management of network assets and ensure adherence to compliance and security standards. Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives by supporting evaluation, testing, and documentation of results. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with IT, security, cloud, and business teams to align technical implementations with project and business needs. Provide input on network requirements, support service integrations, and ensure timely communication of technical updates. 7. Innovation & Technology Adoption Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for improvements in network monitoring, automation (e.g., Ansible, Python), and operations.
