Job Title: Marketing InternAbout the Role
This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad and relevant experience in marketing that should prepare you to enter any fast-paced work environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate marketing operations and assist in brand promotions and activities
  • Promotional materials (POSM) management and liaise with designer for asset creation/ visual preparation and supplier for printing
  • Collate and prepare competitors’ activities report on monthly basis
  • Support Ecom/ Online marketing campaigns activations
  • Generate weekly reports and analysis
  • Complete any ad-hoc assignment given by line manager
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
  • Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (July to Dec 2024) for a full-time internship.
  • Entry-level in the use of Canva or Photoshop (or any graphic design platform/ tool for photo editing).
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
  • Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
  • Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
  • Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
  • Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
  • Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
LEARNING OUTCOMES * Demonstrate the application of marketing content knowledge and skill sets of planning to execution
  • Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills by analysing underlying issues and challenges
  • Recommend ideas to improve work effectiveness and efficient by analysis challenge and considering viable options
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
