NewParadigm Asset Management is seeking a meticulous and driven Fund Administrator to support our wholesale fund operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of fund administration, including fund setup, regulatory compliance, transaction processing, and investor reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of fund structures within the investment industry. Job responsibilities: ???? Coordinate the establishment and registration of wholesale funds ???? Ensure compliance with SC guidelines, AML/CFT policies, and internal controls ???? Prepare fund documentation and support investor onboarding ???? Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (custodians, auditors, regulators) ???? Process subscriptions/redemptions promptly ???? Maintain accurate records and handle ad-hoc client requests ???? Assist in performance and investor reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (ACCA/CIMA/CPA is a plus) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fund management (preferably wholesale/unit trust funds) Strong grasp of investment products and Malaysian regulatory requirements Experience in setting up wholesale funds is an added advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management Team player with strong communication skills Show more Show less
