- Willingness to learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of gravure cylinder manufacturing processes and applications.
- Display strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with clients.
- Ability to work onsite at Sunlight Industries Sdn Bhd in Senai, Johor.
- Must be a team player, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues in a 100-person company environment.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the gravure cylinder market, focusing on clients in the printing and packaging industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their gravure cylinder requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing Sunlight Industries' gravure cylinder capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality gravure cylinders that meet client specifications.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team, tracking progress against sales targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote Sunlight Industries' gravure cylinder products.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline progress in the company's CRM system.
