- Manage and expand customer accounts, including system integrators and manufacturers
- Identify and qualify sales leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and track sales pipeline
- Present technical solutions, product capabilities, and application benefits to prospects
- Collaborate with technical support teams during evaluation and implementation phases
- Support marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and technical seminars
- Provide customer training, product demonstrations, and post-sales support
- Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates based on customer requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields
- Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience, preferably in system integration or industrial automation
- Familiarity with control instrumentation systems and manufacturing processes
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools and structured sales reporting is a plus
