Your role will be broad, impactful, and business-facing:-Provide legal advice on all corporate, commercial, and compliance issues in line with global policies.
-Act as primary support for employment/labor law and corporate matters across multiple entities in the region.
-Draft, review & negotiate a wide range of contracts: sales/EPC contracts, NDAs, tenancy agreements, distributor agreements, employment contracts, service contracts, liability/warranty docs, and more.
-Support global contracting initiatives (sales, services, software) and regionalize contracts for local markets.
-Manage and steer external counsels when required.
-Conduct training and presentations for business teams on legal & compliance topics.
-Contribute to global and regional legal projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.Requirements-Qualified lawyer with 8-10 years of experience, ideally from a top-tier law firm and/or multinational company.
-Qualification in any competent jurisdiction within the region.
-Strong expertise in employment/labor law, corporate, and commercial matters.
-Proven track record in sales/project contracting within energy, infrastructure, oil & gas, or offshore wind sectors.
-Sharp business acumen, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to simplify complex legal issues.
-Entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset: balancing risk with opportunity, taking principled stands.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills across cultures.
-Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with humor.
-Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
