Sarawak, MalaysiaJob Family Group: Production and Manufacturing DownstreamWorker Type: RegularPosting Start Date: September 1, 2025Business unit: UpstreamExperience Level: Early CareersJob Description:What’s the roleAs Solid Wax Movement Lead you will manage and coordinate inbound and outbound planning, delivery of solid waxes product and stock, inventory month end closing at Solid Wax Plant and Third-Party Warehouse.What you’ll be doingWarehouse & Inventory Management
  • Oversee daily operations of third-party warehouse service providers, including stock inventory, inbound/outbound planning, and movement of products and empties.
  • Supervise inbound and outbound transfers between U8600 and third-party off-site warehouses.
  • Conduct monthly physical stock checks and reconcile inventory records between third-party warehouses, U8600, and the GSAP system.
  • Monitor packaging material inventory (e.g., carton boxes, cardboard sheets) against production needs and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
Logistics & Shipment Coordination
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards in storage, stuffing, and logistics of solid wax movement.
  • Coordinate biweekly stuffing plan meetings with MK team, service providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
  • Review and download new Sales Orders from GSAP daily and update the Stuffing Plan accordingly.
  • Update Sales Order details in Salesforce to enable service providers to proceed with shipment bookings.
  • Issue Dispatch Instructions to service providers and warehouse teams for Bill of Lading and stuffing preparation.
  • Provide shipping invoices to freight forwarders for customs declaration.
  • Prepare packing lists in GSAP and create manual copies when needed; perform Post Goods Issue (PGI) within two working days after vessel departure.
  • Submit monthly Solid Wax PGI reports and final Stuffing Plan files to Finance by the 2nd working day of the month.
Quality & Compliance
  • Provide Certificates of Quality (COQ) to warehouses and coordinate with the lab for urgent requests or waiver approvals.
  • Validate Sales Order requirements against stock availability or production plans and escalate constraints to the MK team.
Administrative & Financial Coordination
  • Raise work orders or purchase requisitions for third-party warehouse services and PPEs for U8600 manpower.
  • Review and acknowledge monthly warehouse claims (inbound/outbound, trucking, stuffing, LOLO).
  • Coordinate timely claim submissions with third-party warehouses to ensure smooth SE/SA processing.
Backup Support
  • Provide backup support for OMC SWP and Product Logistics functions, including Goods Receipt processing and Service Entry during staff leave.
What you bring
  • Minimum: Diploma Work Experience
  • Familiarity with GSAP (Global SAP system)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Leadership Competence: Demonstrated proficiency in AGCP leadership attributes for the Individual Contributor
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of commercial awareness and marketing principles
