Parking: Carpark provided (with car elevator)Job Responsibilities:Electrical & ELV System DesignDesign Electrical and ELV services, including Earthing, Lightning Protection, and Security Systems, in compliance with UBBL and relevant local/international standards.Project Cost EstimationPrepare accurate cost estimates for electrical works, ensuring alignment with project budgets.Authority LiaisonCoordinate with statutory authorities for approvals and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.Project Coordination & MeetingsAttend coordination meetings (e.g., CCM, TCM).Collaborate with architects, civil & structural consultants, and stakeholders to ensure proper integration of electrical systems.Tender AdministrationHandle the full tendering process, including preparing tender documentation, design drawings, technical reports, and attending tender interviews.Construction Phase SupportPrepare/review construction drawings.Check and approve shop drawings and technical submissions.Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, witness testing & commissioning, and coordinate with authorities for inspections.Progress Claims & Final AccountVerify contractor progress claims.Ensure final account closure and successful, defect-free project handover.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a consulting engineering firm.Strong knowledge in:Electrical & ELV SystemsEarthing & Lightning ProtectionSecurity SystemsExperience in attending CCM & TCM meetings.Solid understanding of electrical design standards, authority submission processes, and site coordination.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor
