Jobscope :

Graduated with degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Equipped more than 5 years experience in handling M&E works for construction industry.
Knowledge and technical knowhow on all aspect of M&E works for construction of semiconductor factory
Coordinating site works and conduct meetings with nominated sub-contractors (NSC), Consultants, Architect etc.
Lead all Electrical & Mechanical works including utilities relocations, transmission, distribution etc.
Dealing in mechanical, elevator, escalator, fire fighting, ACMV, Plumbing, water etc.
To coordinate and resolve technical issues involving mechanical and electrical (M&E) that affecting structural and architectural works
Reviewing the technical drawings and documents submitted by consultant and
NSC to identify and highlight discrepancies and take appropriate action timely.
