BonusLink is embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey and we are seeking a data analyst with a strong data science foundation to support strategic analysis, predictive modeling, and experimentation. You will work with large datasets to uncover insights, support product and marketing teams, and develop models that drive personalization and optimization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hypotheses and conduct deep-dive analyses Use SQL and Python to explore large datasets in BigQuery Build and maintain predictive models (e.g. segmentation, churn prediction) using Sagemaker and other tools Conduct A/B testing and causal inference studies to assess impact of features and campaigns Develop clear and concise presentations of complex analysis for non-technical stakeholders Automate repetitive analytics tasks and build reusable data products Partner with BI team to integrate advanced analytics into dashboards where applicable Stay up to date with industry best practices in analytics and modeling Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles Proficient in SQL and Python for analysis and modeling Experience with machine learning tools and frameworks, preferably AWS Sagemaker Strong statistical foundation and experience with A/B testing Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical results to business stakeholders Experience with BigQuery or other cloud data platforms Experience with scheduler / orchestrator platform like Airflow or equivalent Bonus: experience with Amplitude or product analytics tools Show more Show less
