This role offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in testing and quality control while contributing to key laboratory and documentation processes. Job Scope : 1. Supplier and External Collaboration: Liaise with external laboratories for product testing and analysis. Coordinate calibrations with external calibration companies. Manage procurement needs from external suppliers. 2. Lab Testing and Analysis: Conduct IC, FTIR, and LPC testing on product samples. Analyze and evaluate test results against product specifications. Collaborate with production teams to ensure testing meets required standards. Ensure compliance with standard testing methods and maintain laboratory safety and cleanliness. 3. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Assist in inspecting raw and packaging materials during QA processes. Support pre-shipment inspections and manage glove rejection and disposal when needed. Monitor Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and assist with ISO documentation and audits. Provide assistance in audits related to social compliance (SA 8000), safety (ISO 45001), and environmental standards (ISO 14001). 4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Test Methods, and Work Instructions (WI). Report all testing results clearly and promptly to supervisors. 5. Additional Duties: Support internal and external audits by accredited bodies and customers. Take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements : Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Medical Laboratory, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Ion Chromatography (IC), FTIR, and laboratory testing processes is a plus. Fresh Graduates Welcome: No prior experience required as on-the-job training will be provided ! Documentation Skills: Willingness to learn how to prepare SOPs, Test Methods, and Work Instructions. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment.
