Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Midascom Network Sdn Bhd&aposs offerings. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines. Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer requirements. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, highlighting key opportunities and challenges. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote Midascom Network Sdn Bhd&aposs brand and offerings. Job Requirements Possess a Diploma in any field. Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
