- Support service related within South Asia submarket with particular focus on ANZ.
- Support business operation to ensure all documentation align to business policy.
- Response to internal and external enquiries that related to service department.
- Inventory collaboration with Supply Chain to ensure spare part fulfilled on time.
- Provide administration support to all regional offices within in Australia and NZ when NZ Administrator on leave.
- Support FSE and RSM with day-to-day activities that required Administration interference.
- Respond to customer enquiries by submitting monthly service report from ERP system Service Max.
- Process warranty parts claims through NCR ticketing.
- Dispatch Work order and update contract when Scheduler not available.
- Purchase Order creations using ERP system SAP.
- Process invoices and upload into Sharepoint.
- Work closely with Inventory Specialist to ensure part order fulfill in timely manner.
- Support cross border contracts with Purchase Order, Invoicing and Spareparts.
- Support FSE with PPE, cab charges, induction registration and oversea travel booking.
- New vendor creation and vendor amendment into system.
- Booking couriers.
- Support OTI with monthly contract service reports from SVMX.
- Maintain and update calibration register for all tools, work closely with Compliance Manager.
- Maintain vehicle lease and distribute vehicle information to related managers.
- Comply with Smiths business policies by completing all courses on time.
- Comply with safety responsibilities.
