1.Creative Content Development:
- Craft compelling copy and content tailored for various social media platforms,ensuring alignment with Taylor's brand voice and objectives.
- Utilise SEO best practices to optimise content for maximum reach and engagementacross social media platforms.
- Integrate corporate messaging and product positioning seamlessly into all socialmedia copy and content.
- Write clear, concise, and attention-grabbing copy that resonates with the targetaudience.
- Review and edit content to maintain consistency and clarity across all channels.
- Stay updated on digital copywriting trends and industry insights to continuouslyelevate creative output.
- Generate user-centric content that fosters meaningful interactions and encouragesuser-generated content as part of the social media strategy.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to brainstorm innovativeconcepts and execute campaigns effectively.
- Conduct research and interviews to gather insights and stories that resonate with theaudience.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments, understanding their goals andaligning content strategies to drive results.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute ideas to enhance collaboration andcontent quality.
- Develop and implement content strategies across various online and social mediachannels.
- Monitor and analyse SEO, user engagement, and social media metrics to optimisecontent performance.
- Stay current with social media trends, industry best practices, and platform updates.
- Manage and maintain accurate information on all social media channels, ensuringcompliance with brand guidelines and regulations.
- Create opportunities for engagement and growth by exploring new channels,software, and practices.
- Work closely with Social Media Strategist to prepare weekly and monthly reports onsocial media traffic, engagement, and ROI.
- Continually review campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimiseperformance.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendationsfor improvement.
2.Brand Voice and Guidelines: Maintain brand consistency across all content andsocial media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and voice.JOB SPECIFICATIONSMinimum Qualification
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in general field with emphasis on writing, or equivalentexperience,
- EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years proven experience within publishing media, creative orcontributing editor.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command in English and Malay.
- Excellent copy writing skills, ideally you have a writing/journalist background.
- Good understanding of SEO skills/principles.
- Extroverted, outgoing personality and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication, presentation and creative writing skills, especially in Englishand Malay, to address a broad spectrum of colleagues and external partners, withproven ability to develop variety of content marketing materials that reflects our brandvoice.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
- Data-driven thinking with strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking.
- Proficiency in utilising social media management tools and content creationplatforms.
