We are currently looking for an Audit Manager to join our team. You are responsible for continuously improving our internal audits based on your system reviews, Regulatory Updates, Suggestions for Improvement, Management Reviews, Industry Best Practice, Experience Feedback and Fleet Performance analysis. Main Responsibilities Contribute to the company's vision and mission; Manage the global audit team and audit co-ordinator; Ensure that our internal audits effectively verify implementation of our Policies, Procedures and relevant requirements related to Health, Safety, Quality and the Environment; Continually improve the company's processes and procedures for internal audits; Analyse and follow up on internal audit performance; Ensure that our internal audits effectively verify implementation of our Policies, Procedures and relevant requirements related to Health, Safety, Quality and the Environment; Keep the team of auditors updated on new rules and regulations, safety bulletins etc. Qualifications Mandatory requirements Preferably has a BSc degree in HSE, but not a requirement Owns the mindset of wanting to enhance your own and our team's performance; Has excellent communication skills and ability to work in a Team; Has strong knowledge of auditing principles, standards, and methodologies; Has sound understanding of the shipping industry, its operations and regulations; Is analytic and has strong organizational skills with attention to detail; Is goal and results orientated; Has strong computer skills; Works well under pressure and meet deadlines. #WSM
