Responsible to lead improvement on Adequate Procedures and ABAC policies including detection, verification and enhancement of integrity programmes and governance initiatives, upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability within MTDC, preventing fraud to increase public trust. Key Accountabilities Complaint Management/Inquiries Major Activities : Attend whistleblowing, accountable to receive inquiries from stakeholders related to corruption/fraud on MTDC employees, attend preliminary investigation, conduct interviews and review documents to validate the case. Outcomes : Adequate Procedures for ABAC, zero number of inquiries/whistleblowing, to prevent unethical cases leading to fraud, respond time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction. Integrity Enhancement : Major Activities : Perform system analysis, create intervention programmes and propose for communication via various channels. Review and Monitor Procedures in line with T.R.U.S.T principle. Outcomes : Adequate Procedures on Integrity to increase value for trust building. Integrity Indicator/Index. Number of initiatives. Governance Enhancement : Major Activities : Review adequate procedures for continuous improvement. Provide good governance framework to all stakeholders. Outcomes : Adequate Procedures on Governance: Uphold Governance in compliance to Corporate Liability S17A, MACC Act 2009 (Amended 2018) for internal and external parties. Reporting: Budget & Project Implementation : Major Activities : Annual Reporting to MTDC. Bi-annual Reporting for submission to: Board Integrity Governance Committee ("BIGC"), Board of Directors ("BOD"), MACC. Outcomes : Adequate Procedures on Reporting: to improve anti-corruption strategies and good governance in order to achieve the government&aposs target for Malaysia to be ranked the 25th position in the CPI score by 2033. Risk Rating for Organization. Job Requirements Qualification : Minimum requirement Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economic or professional qualification. Functional/Technical Skills & Knowledge : Good report writing, analytical and interpersonal skills. Collective Action. International Coaching Federation (ICF). Country regulatory environments, governing bodies and industry compliance requirements e.g., Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance, etc.. Local and International Social Compliance Standards. Years of Experience : Minimum 10 yrs. relevant working experience in auditing. Additional Certification : Certificate from Basel Institute of Corporate Governance (BASEL).
