Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the Managing Director's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangement. Act as primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Handle email correspondence, phone calls and other forms of communication on behalf of the director. May involve drafting emails, preparing presentations, and handling inquiries. Handle all personal assistant duties, administrative, confidential matters, and Managing Director personal matter. Manage and organize sensitive and confidential information, always ensuring discretion and confidentiality. Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
