Responsible for the implementation of preventive, predictive and total productive maintenance program. You will ensure the production equipment is in control and the quality of product meets expectation.Job Location:This position will be located at Krubong, Melaka in a vibrant industrial area. You will experience exciting different local cultures in this historical state. Nearby are malls and various restaurants. It is also close to recreation parks and a stadium.What you will be doing:

Perform PM activities to support production maintenance.
Perform equipment conversion and troubleshooting for automotive and non-automotive lines.
Establish team to work on continuous improvement projects align to organization objective.
Responsible to plan, coordinate and implement all manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance and sustaining activities.
Practice Total Productive Maintenance to ensure all machines are in tip-top condition.
Involve in new equipment installation, setup, buyoff & qualification until fully release in production conditions.
Ensure all regulatory standards are followed along with health, safety and environmental.

What you will bring along:

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or other Engineering related course.
Minimum 3 years industrial experience in direct or indirect equipment maintenance.
Computer proficiency and understanding of technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
Broad technical knowledge and strong leadership skills.
Understanding semiconductor manufacturing & machines is an added advantage.
