-Implementing projects, enhancement and support to meet SLA and ensure the work is carried out according to define SOPs.
-Conduct requirement study and finalize deliverables for new and existing change request and ensure it
fulfills user requirements in terms of scope, deliverables and timeline.
-Prepare business blueprint, user manual, test script, functional specification and deployment documentation.
-Assess impact of support issues and propose resolution on fixes / enhancement and root cause, where suitableJob Requirements:-Diploma or Degree in IT or related field
-At least 8 – 10 years of working experience on SAP Logistics, Ariba Cloud (Ariba Sourcing, P2P, Contract Management and SAP MM processes)
-With minimum 2 full cycle of SAP Logistics or Ariba Cloud project implementation
-Aptitude and experienced in handling projects and supporting operations
-Pleasant personality, with good people handling and communication skills
-Self starter and able to lead and work independently
