About The Role This role is responsible for coordination and completion of business solutioning & project(s) on agreed time, within budget and within agreed scope/objectives. Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor & summarize progress of project. Responsible for defining, tracking, and communicating in a consistent & effective manner and incorporating effective change and risk management controls at project(s) level. Prepare reports for management regarding status of project(s). To explore the current developments & future trends in the insurance market. Study the new & future areas of development and recommend the various projects/initiatives based on the research & findings applicable to AHS. Provide clarity to team members/SMEs on roles & responsibilities and resource assignment based on projects/initiatives.
