Job Responsibility Ensure company quality standards are followed and met throughout the manufacturing process Perform analytical and microbiological quality test and data documentation according to standard and procedures Approved in-process production by confirming specification, conducting visual and measurement spec of bulk, communicating required adjustment to production person in charge. Conduct online QC inspections on production line and ensure the employees in plant adhere to plant sanitation and GMP procedures which included product change over procedures, allergen control etc. On hold material or finished goods if inspection or testing result is not within specification Ensure 5S, GLP, HSE, QC practices of the QC Laboratory work area, equipment and apparatus are maintained Assist investigating and report preparation of any process / product noncompliance. Assist in internal and external quality audits and implement improvement after every audit. Administrative such as schedule and COA preparation Performs other duties as assigned Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Science (preferably major in Pure Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or equivalent). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in R&D Analytical method development is added value. Knowledge in comestic will be an advantage. Excellent communication, resourceful and have great passion in Laboratory work. 5 working days per week. Must be computer literate and have good project management skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team. Applicants must be willing to work in Ijok.
