
Wellbeing Partnership and Operations Lead, Trust & Safety

- Lead a team of multi-disciplinary experts to tailor, implement and manage regional wellbeing programs based on a Global Wellbeing Strategy and Framework; provide specialist subject matter expertise and input into program design, implementation and evaluation
- Proactively manage expectations of all interested stakeholders by providing clear program roadmaps, milestone dates, and global program updates
- Work with the Wellbeing leadership team to design and manage organizational strategy to ensure alignment across regions
- Meet on a regularly scheduled cadence to review and staff wellbeing programming outcomes with our partner vendors and Wellbeing Program Manager reports
- Review existing program structure of partner vendors, and ensure alignment with requirements outlined within the statement of workQualifications:Minimum Qualification(s):
- 5+ years' experience in project management
- Ability to read and interpret wellbeing data findings
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Experience in health / wellness fields
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30%)Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience of independently leading work streams/projects within larger programmes.
- Degree in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
