Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager located in the Kota Bharu, Malaysia Metropolitan Area. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring inventory levels, and performance reporting to senior management.
