- Ensures that investment programme / project leads and / or service owners adhere to the agreed portfolio management approach and governance, and that they provide the appropriate information to agreed targets of timelines and accuracy.
- Advises on the available standards, procedures, methods also promotes and ensures use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools for portfolio management.
- Chair Portfolio Management Forum by facilitating discussions with stakeholders and ensuring project leads come prepared with clear and complete business case. Drive portfolio management governance to ensure investment is approved based on BAT agreed priorities.
- Contributes to overall financial planning and budgeting (include tracking of the investment budget vs spend). Collates required financial data and reports for analysis and to facilitate decision making.
- Handles the overall communications strategy (internally and externally) for IDT Services including change management
- Drive the creation of Strategic Engagement presentation / business case presentation materials, this include strategic presentation for/ to C-level executive and across the organization
- Lead all aspects of IDT Services Line of Sight progress via High Priority Global Projects and initiatives tracking across BAT IDT Services landscape. Produce monthly dashboard to be presented to relevant BAT Leadership Teams.
- Degree Educated, with minimum 5 years post graduate work experience including the management of complex IT Services environment
- Experience in organisation change management, and project management / PMO / planning / portfolio management in a complex IT environment and /or business facing IT role
- Experience with various Project & Portfolio Management tools and project management and solution development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps etc.)
- Possess commercial skills being able to understand and consider financial implications of proposals
- Understanding of business processes across IT functions and the Functional area.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to generate trust, collaborate across teams and adaptable in a fast paced and agile working environment
- Project Management experience or certification
- Excel in using Microsoft Office products and any other Digital tool / asset to produce executive slides, video, animation, banner, logo, tagline, etc.
