Come be a part of this journey!ROLE PROFILEJOB TITLE: Senior Portfolio & Strategic Communications ManagerFUNCTION: IDT (Information & Digital Technology) ServicesSUB FUNCTION: Global Technology Services (GTS)CITY & COUNTRY: Selangor, MalaysiaROLE SUMMARYWhat are the key objectives and expectations from this role?Ensures the development, on-going management and prioritisation of IDT Services portfolio (investment projects / programmes) to maximise business value and ensure alignment with organisation goals and objectives.Ensures organisation objectives is clearly delivered and fully aligned across all teams, supporting with structured and well-planned change management. Actively support higher management strategic presentation & communication, including to/for C-level executive and across the organization.Reports toHead of Process Control & AnalyticsNumber of Direct ReportsN/A, but to handle outsourcing service (when needed)Core RelationshipsInternal - Service Owners, Application/ Product Owner, Project Managers, Program Managers, and cross functional IT teamsExternal -Application Development/ Support partnersGeographic ScopeGlobalTravel RequiredN/AACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensures that investment programme / project leads and / or service owners adhere to the agreed portfolio management approach and governance, and that they provide the appropriate information to agreed targets of timelines and accuracy.
Advises on the available standards, procedures, methods also promotes and ensures use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools for portfolio management.
Chair Portfolio Management Forum by facilitating discussions with stakeholders and ensuring project leads come prepared with clear and complete business case. Drive portfolio management governance to ensure investment is approved based on BAT agreed priorities.
Contributes to overall financial planning and budgeting (include tracking of the investment budget vs spend). Collates required financial data and reports for analysis and to facilitate decision making.
Handles the overall communications strategy (internally and externally) for IDT Services including change management
Drive the creation of Strategic Engagement presentation / business case presentation materials, this include strategic presentation for/ to C-level executive and across the organization
Lead all aspects of IDT Services Line of Sight progress via High Priority Global Projects and initiatives tracking across BAT IDT Services landscape. Produce monthly dashboard to be presented to relevant BAT Leadership Teams.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGEESSENTIALExperience Required

Degree Educated, with minimum 5 years post graduate work experience including the management of complex IT Services environment
Experience in organisation change management, and project management / PMO / planning / portfolio management in a complex IT environment and /or business facing IT role
Experience with various Project & Portfolio Management tools and project management and solution development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps etc.)

Possess commercial skills being able to understand and consider financial implications of proposals
Understanding of business processes across IT functions and the Functional area.
Excellent communicator with the ability to generate trust, collaborate across teams and adaptable in a fast paced and agile working environment

Excel in using Microsoft Office products and any other Digital tool / asset to produce executive slides, video, animation, banner, logo, tagline, etc.
