Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating and closing offers; Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company&aposs ongoing growth and expansion; Contribute to the development and promotion of the company&aposs employer brand to attract and retain top talent. Gain insight into the challenges existing in the organization and the team, and apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide a full range of solutions for the business team, including training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work, plus promote the implementation of the plan; Be in charge of team-building of the local human resources department and use various effective recruitment channels to meet the recruitment needs; Design the personnel growth path and personnel training plan, effectively formulate and implement the talent development plan and drive implementation; Assist in the team atmosphere, and promote the construction of company culture and the rapid development of business; Proactively address specific ER issues or employee conflict issues with professional expertise and sound management judgment. Qualifications Over 3 years of working experience in recruitment, HRBP, or HR Generalist; Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Bahasa Malay, Bahasa Indo, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Thai, Portuguese is a must; Fluency in Madarin will be a plus and for Singapore only requires English; Background in home applicances, social media and ecommerce would be advantage; International culture and mindset is a preferred; Strong experience in recruitment under pressure is a must; Good problem-solving skill, analytical/ observation skills; Good communication skills; Good skills in MS office, Google Suite.
