Director of Manufacturing

• Provide strategic leadership to align the division’s activities with the company’s mission, goals, and objectives.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets, quality standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Identify, recommend, and execute initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste, including monitoring scrap and rework data.

• Track, analyze, and report on operational performance, challenges, opportunities, and key developments within defined timelines and budgets.

• Guide and monitor department managers to ensure alignment with manufacturing and safety protocols while achieving business goals.

• Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for all direct reports, ensuring alignment with customer, personnel, process, and financial objectives.

• Develop and implement best manufacturing practices to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage and profitability.

• Foster collaborative and professional relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 15 years of experience in process manufacturing.

• Expertise in manufacturing technologies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and operational efficiency methodologies.

• Strong background in strategic business planning and execution.

• Comprehensive understanding of key business indicators, including risk and cost management frameworks.
