Job Description Reporting to the Head of Department. Responsible to execute marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of takaful products under the department in accordance with the agreed budget, business plans and strategies. Responsible for sales development and for establishing and maintaining relationships with the company's participants and by functioning as primary point of contact. He/she will be accountable for the sales results achieved with high consciousness for not putting the Company exposed to high and bad risks. Account Management, Understand participant's requirements and actively promote company's products and services to fulfill these requirements for new and renewal accounts. Function as the primary contact point in all issues related to risks protections, certificate administration and claims assistance. Ensure renewal account are maintain Efficient and strategic account management and servicing. Enhancing business rapport with all major corporate participants and agents via continuous marketing efforts and visitation. Ensure new businesses are developed new business by targeting new accounts not under our books. Ensuring competitiveness and comprehensiveness in participant's Takaful program. Operational, Financial and Administration Operational Procure and ensure completeness of documentations and information for smooth issuance of certificates /renewals. Writing business case for risk acceptance requirements for larger risks Assist in risks management requirements and fulfillments i.e. claims history etc. Ensure prompt collection of contributions and monitor bad debt and provisions. Proposed participants Marketing Promotions/Collaterals based on size of contribution, growth potential and profitability Job Requirement Degree holder in any related fields such as Sales & Marketing, General knowledge on Underwriting, claims. Minimum of 1 years experience in the related takaful industry especially in Sales, Marketing and Servicing the takaful of corporate business.
