Job Responsibility Support and Assistance Assist Technicians and Senior Technicians in performing maintenance and repair tasks on motorcycles. This includes preparing tools and equipment, holding or placing parts, and cleaning up after the job is completed. Routine Maintenance Carry out routine maintenance tasks under the supervision of a Technician or Senior Technician. This may include oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and fluid level inspections. Tool and Equipment Management Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition. Help in organizing and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Parts and Supplies Handling Assist in identifying, retrieving, and organizing parts and supplies needed for various service tasks. Ensure that all parts and materials are available when required. Documentation and Records Help maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any additional customer requests or instructions. Update service logs and databases as needed. Customer Interaction Support Technicians and Senior Technicians in explaining repair work and maintenance recommendations to customers when necessary. Assist in handling customer inquiries politely and professionally. Safety and Compliance Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment. Learning and Development Actively seek opportunities to improve technical knowledge and skills by learning from experienced technicians, attending training sessions, and staying up to date with industry developments. Job Requirements Basic knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and repair techniques (SAS knowledge is an advantage). Previous experience in a similar role or relevant technical training is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team. Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Physical ability to meet job demands, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
