Act as product owner for assigned semiconductor products, managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, test specifications, and product setup 2. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for low yield, MRB issues, and manufacturing/engineering feedback using data-driven methodologies. 3. Provide timely lot disposition support through in-depth engineering analysis, ensuring minimal impact to production timelines. 4.
