Job Title: Building ExecutiveDepartment: Property ManagementReports To: Property ManagerSummary:The Building Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of a property. This includes tasks such as leasing and managing properties, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and managing tenant relations. He/ she is responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the management of a property. The Building Executive must have a strong understanding of real estate law and regulations, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:

Manage a property or group of properties, including leasing, marketing, and rent collection

Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Maintaining property records and files
Collecting all payments
Manage tenant relations
Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
Prepare reports and presentations
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in real estate management, business, or a related field

2+ years of experience in property management
Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
