Workday Solution Architect Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect to own and optimize our Workday HCM solution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday&aposs Compensation & Benefits modules, work closely with process owners to design scalable solutions, and drive best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the solution owner and subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Compensation & Benefits, including design, configuration, optimization, and issue resolution. Partner with HR process owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective, scalable Workday solutions. Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Workday HCM processes related to Compensation, Benefits, and related integrations. Develop and maintain solution roadmaps to ensure alignment with HR strategies and compliance standards. Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for Compensation & Benefits functionalities. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and train HR teams on system capabilities and best practices. Stay current with Workday releases, identifying and implementing new features to enhance functionality. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience working with Workday HCM, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development or Absence module. Strong expertise in Workday configuration, business processes, reporting, and integrations . Proven experience collaborating with process owners and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Excellent problem-solving and solution design skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Workday certification in Compensation and/or Benefits modules (preferred). Nice to Have: Experience in large-scale Workday implementations or transformations. Knowledge of global HR processes and compliance requirements.
