Perform data analysis using SAP tools and systems, including SAP Hana Studio, SAP ECC, Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake. Work with multiple data sources and integrate them to create composite views and visuals. Provide guidance on continuous improvement, problem-solving, benchmarking, and solution development across the team. Establish and adapt reporting standards for handling data, visuals, and reports within the team and its workspace. Identify patterns, trends, and insights in complex data sets and present findings to stakeholders using visual dashboards. Collaborate closely with the team to understand reporting and data visualization needs, and iteratively enhance available analytics. Adhere to processes and reporting standards for managing data, visuals, and reports within the team. Foster positive relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study (equivalent experience considered) 4+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence and reporting analyst or similar role. Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Proficient in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Proficient to develop complex SQL custom queries to answer the business problem. Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud - Planning (SAC-P) reporting is a plus Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and comfortable working with numbers. Strong communicator, able to explain ideas or concepts in a structured and clear manner. Cooperative and encouraging, with a positive attitude well-suited for working across different regions. Quick learner, able to acquire new business acumen and data fluency, leveraging insights to make data-driven decisions. Process-oriented in data mapping and documenting, clearly outlining goals, involved parties, and activities of a process or business function.
