- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Kuala Lumpur market, focusing on Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction with Zoomlion's products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to the sales team.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Zoomlion's construction and agricultural machinery.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote Zoomlion's products and services.
