Minimum SPM and above
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to achievesales targets.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular engagement
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Provide feedback on customer needs, market demand, and competitive landscape
Work closely with internal departments (production, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
Support the management team in strategic business development initiatives
