TanggungjawabEvent Coordination & Execution (Offline & Online)
  • Develop and implement Run Sheets, Task Allocation Charts, On-Site SOPs, and Checklists.
  • Offline: Oversee venue setup, traffic flow design, audio-visual systems, speaker support, and sales area arrangements.
  • Online: Set up Zoom Meetings/Webinars in advance with proper naming and branding; ensure stable internet connection, clear audio and video quality, smooth screen sharing, and proper spotlighting of speakers.
  • Control event pacing and ensure smooth collaboration between speakers, MC, closing team, sales, photography, and the other crew.
Process & Standardization
  • Establish and refine event SOPs to ensure consistent and professional execution.
  • Prepare role-specific briefing scripts and operational guidelines for all crew.
Customer Experience Management
  • Offline: Design customer journey and atmosphere (lighting, music, decor) to enhance learning experience.
  • Online: Create a professional and engaging virtual learning environment with clear visuals, smooth audio, and interactive engagement tools.
  • Ensure guests feel guided, engaged, and supported throughout, fostering upsell opportunities.
Post-Event Review & Optimization
  • Prepare event reports for online events.
  • Lead team debrief sessions to refine processes and elevate customer experience.
Vendor & Budget Coordination
  • Liaise with venue providers, decorators, photographers, and AV suppliers.
  • Manage budgets and ensure timely supplier payments.
Team Collaboration & Communication
  • Directly manage event crew during execution, ensuring clear task allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with Training, Speaker, Consultancy, Sales, and Customer Service teams for seamless event flow.
