Minimum requirement of a Diploma or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, orrelated field.2. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages an advantage).3. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.4. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export sales, logistics, or international business.5. Must be willing to travel (both locally and outstation).Responsibilities1. Manage the end-to-end export sales process from quotation to delivery.2. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely shipment.3. Prepare proforma invoices, sales contracts, and order confirmations.4. Prepare and verify export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.5. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and relevant government bodies.6. Communicate with international customers regarding product details, pricing, and delivery schedules.7. Provide after-sales support and resolve any customer complaints or issues.8. Build and maintain strong business relationships with overseas clients and agents.9. Prepare export quotations and ensure pricing aligns with company strategy.10. Monitor freight costs, currency fluctuations, and tariffs to maintain competitiveness.11. Support the Chief Commercial Officer in achieving annual export sales targets.12. Arrange and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.13. Manage export insurance coverage and claims if necessary.14. Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or damages.15. Identify new export market opportunities and potential distributors.16. Gather and analyse market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry trends.17. Provide recommendations for market entry strategies.18. Prepare periodic export sales reports for management review.19. Maintain accurate sales and customer records.20. Highlight potential risks or opportunities in export operations.Benefits
