Company Description House of Padel is an exciting new padel club located in Kuala Lumpur, featuring 6 state-of-the-art padel courts and 2 junior courts by Skypadel. Our facility offers a vibrant courtside clubhouse with Latino treats, eco-friendly operations, ample parking, and an on-site co-working space. We are a multilingual team speaking English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Catalan, and Malay. At House of Padel, we aim to create a social hub for padel enthusiasts to play, socialize, and work, all while emphasizing sustainability. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ampang for a Customer Experience Coordinator. The Customer Experience Coordinator will handle various tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting customers during their visit to the padel club. Additionally, the Coordinator will collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall experience at House of Padel.
