- Develops an understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g.- assembly, installation) to perform basic operations and general tasks of a transactional nature involving the manufacturing process.
- Follows detailed documentation and instructions to execute basic tasks such as assembling and building product, cabling or installing servers.
- Learns to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, and follows safety protocols and guidelines.
- Monitors production lines for any issues and report deviations or malfunctions.
- Keeps accurate records of inventory transactions and notifies supervisors of low inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Documents and reports any product defects or deviations from quality specifications.
- Complies with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Participates in safety training and reporting of safety incidents.
- Provides assistance and support to other team members and supervisors, as needed.
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field.
