As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting high-quality, timely, and accurate financial reporting. You will also mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across multiple regions. Please Note: This is a fully on-site role. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position. Key Responsibilities: Review and ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting. Support management reporting, statutory reporting, and group-level submissions. Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and AR reports. Review reports and journal entries prepared by Analysts. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex financial reporting issues. Assist in responding to internal and external audits. Maintain compliance with statutory and internal financial policies. Support cash flow and credit management processes in alignment with business needs. Coach and guide junior analysts to improve team performance and quality output. Travel occasionally to business units in Singapore and Indonesia (as required). What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial or management reporting roles. Experience in shared service or regional reporting setups is an added advantage. Proficient in SAP and Excel. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
