Category Supplier Manager Ready to lead sourcing initiatives with expert supplier relationship building, cost optimization, and strategic procurement Collaborate with category leaders, customers, and teams to craft strategies, negotiate, and improve performance. What You'll Do Strategic Sourcing & Category Management Partner with category managers and internal teams to develop and validate sourcing strategies. Lead sourcing events and supplier negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and service goals. Monitor supplier performance and collaborator happiness to ensure continuous improvement. Analyze sourcing trends and support supplier segmentation and strategic goal-setting. Recommend ways to increase value through spend reduction, purchasing efficiency, and supplier innovation. Cost Management & Market Intelligence Identify savings and revenue opportunities within assigned categories. Offer market insights and pricing trends to internal collaborators. Use cost models and benchmarks to guide smart, data-driven decisions. Track and report on savings, revenue impact, and key performance metrics. Contracting & Negotiation Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions. Ensure contracts align with business goals, compliance standards, and supplier capabilities. Consolidate sourcing events into strategic negotiation plans that deliver measurable results. Collaborator Engagement & Collaboration Build positive relationships with internal partners to align procurement strategies with business needs. Promote a customer-focused approach to supplier management and issue resolution. Collaborate across functions to improve supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or supplier relationship management. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Proven success in category management and strategic sourcing. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. A collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
