Job Responsibility As a Customer Success Specialist, you are the embodiment of our brand, culture, and values. Your interactions and demeanor are pivotal in shaping customer perceptions. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary support for customers navigating online orders, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. Deliver timely and effective assistance through phone and email, addressing customer needs and queries. Process payments and handle customer information with utmost precision and confidentiality, ensuring data security. Proactively engage with customers to prevent issues that could impact our brand and their loyalty. Identify urgent issues, escalating them via the correct channels to ensure swift resolution. Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Contribute to service quality by offering feedback and suggestions for improvement. Stay current with training and continuously seek to improve knowledge and skills. Achieve and maintain performance standards in line with company and client expectations. Follow all company and client policies and procedures diligently. Additional Responsibilities The CSS may also undertake other roles and responsibilities as needed, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of our customers and the business. Job Requirements Note: This role requires to work on-site on rotational shifts Job Overview As a Customer Success Specialist (CSS), you'll be at the heart of our customer interaction, ensuring that every call and email is a chance to demonstrate our commitment to excellence. You're not just responding to inquiries; you're solving problems, offering solutions, and making our customers' day better. You'll be the go-to person for anyone needing assistance with our online shopping experience, embodying our brand and values with every interaction. You are the face of our brand, embodying responsibility and a relentless pursuit of quality and excellence. In your hands, every customer interaction becomes an opportunity to showcase the best we have to offer. Through your communication, be IT over the phone or via email, you're not just providing support; you're enhancing our company's image, one conversation at a time. Essential Qualifications Educational background: Bachelor s Degree or Diploma (or equivalent). Language skills: B2 level in English and able to speak, read and write in (Simplified) Mandarin or Cantonese (Traditional Mandarin) Work experience: At least 6 months in customer support, or a relevant degree for fresh graduates. Technical skills: Minimum 40wpm typing speed with 90% accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desired Attributes Academic background in English Communication, Mass Communication, or related fields. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and communication skills. High emotional intelligence, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, learning-oriented attitude.
