Involved in operational re-engineering and information system development and deployment to ensure create and build departmental value contributions to U Mobile. Job Responsibilities Plan, lead, execute and monitor the effectiveness of Indirect Channel sales strategy at the regional level Execute sales promotion plans to support the rapid growth and expansion of U Mobile products and services Work closely with distributors and manage dealers' portfolios in the respective areas/regions Aggressively build and drive the growth of U Mobile dealers in the respective area/regions Drive sales team to meet designated area/territory sales performance in meeting departmental prepaid & postpaid sales target Proactively manage inter-departmental requirements and communication to meet sales objectives as well as optimize support resources Accountable for dealership management to ensure quality and productive contribution.
