Department: Research & ConsultancyJob Summary:The Executive, Research & Consultancy will support the team in delivering market research, feasibility studies, and real estate consultancy reports. The role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys data analysis, trend tracking, and providing strategic insights into real estate markets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct macro and micro research on property market trends, economic indicators, and demographic data.
  • Assist in compiling feasibility studies, market reviews, and highest & best use analyses.
  • Analyse supply-demand dynamics, rental and capital value trends across sectors.
  • Prepare clear and concise consultancy reports and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain and update property databases and internal research materials.
  • Liaise with clients, government agencies, and industry players to gather information.
  • Support internal business development and marketing efforts with research insights.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Real Estate / Property Management or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in real estate research, consultancy, or property advisory. Fresh graduates with research/internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office or data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
