- Assist in preparing product documentation, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Help track project progress and maintain dashboards or trackers.
- Contribute to ideation sessions and assist in evaluating new digital initiatives.
- Pursuing a degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficient in Power BI (data modelling, dashboard design, DAX basics).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good command of English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
