Job Responsibility To prepare and file the documentation and provide the necessary admin support.Handle the warranty process flow and provides the efficiency and accurately oversight to warranty policy and the processing of warranty claims Coordinate and work with the team for the end-to-end warehouse processes: Stock handling, storing, and order dispatching, logistics coordination and quality control on a timely basis Handle and oversee warehouse operations (inbound - receiving, outbound - packing, logistics) To coordinate, monitor & assist in the Pick, Pack, Ship activities Oversee and manage logistics transportation of products to ensure efficient delivery of packages. Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately Ensure implementation & compliance of Warehouse policies, procedures including but not limited to new initiatives/procedures as well as ensure work standards are met Work closely with backend & frontend operations to ensure smooth daily operations To prepare update report to warehouse manager Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field of study Min 1 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations is an added advantage Hardworking, honest with high level of integrity Strong interpersonal skill Job Benifits All staff are eligible for special staff discount, even if you are on probation Well deserved rewards are the fruit of your hard work and dedication Your health is important.
