Role : Customer Care Consultant (Frontline) - Eye Care Clinic Specialist Centre Location : Selangor, Penang, Johor Bharu and Ipoh, Perak Job Type: Permanent Working days: 5 days working and 2 days off Working Schedule: Mon - Sat (8:30a.m - 6p.m) / Sun (10a.m - 5p.m) Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 4,500 Job Responsibilities: - Provide excellent service, stream line patient flow, manage complaints, gather feedback/testimonials, conduct surveys and maintain workplace cleanliness/ - Handle patient registration, record data entry/update, appointment booking/scheduling, check-in/out, monitor flow, attend to needs/requests/follow-ups, manage phone calls, address walk-in inquiries, and oversee admin/housekeeping, including patient follow-ups and appointments. - Perform selective eye test. - Facilitate patient flow and support doctors with medication and surgery instructions, while also managing doctors' room upkeep and ensuring it's stocked with essential items. - Conduct various eye tests and provide timely follow-up reminders for pending patient cases. - Manage sales transactions and cashier responsibilities utilizing the Salesforce POS system, while also tending to patients' administrative needs and conducting follow-ups. - Ensure daily settlement, reconcile sales, and perform stock checks for medications/drugs. - Prepare patient files for next-day appointments, handle filing tasks such as retrieving and filing patient files, and perform housekeeping duties in designated work areas as assigned by the CM/PIC. Other Task/Responsibilities - Surgery Coordinator Assistant. - OT Assistant. - Assist in Company/Marketing campaigns/activities/roadshows (indoor & outdoor). - Special projects. - Other role specific or person specific job assignments.
