The role will provide comprehensive technical support and expertise to customers, assisting them in the implementation and optimization of the products or solutions. This role involves analyzing client requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering effective solutions tailored to meet their needs while ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Drive vertical strategy and account development for existing and new customers.
Create customer-centric content and identify opportunities for product portfolio expansion.
Technical support and design review.
Coordinate with sales teams to translate strategies into measurable pipeline and demand generation activities.
Maintain relationships with key accounts, business partners, and end customers to meet their evolving needs effectively.
Support sales and marketing efforts through client visits, consistent delivery of forecasted results, and active participation in trade shows and conferences.

Working with a high performing team|Great culture

Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience preferably within the industrial automation industry.
Willing to travel.
Strong communication.
