UCT is looking for a talented Inventory Control Analyst to join us in Malaysia! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and oversee entire warehouse operations (receiving, kitting, packing and shipment) to ensure accuracy Conduct periodical cycle count and stock taking to ensure the accuracy of the physical stock & system data Warehouse & logistics resource planning inline with the business requirement Participate and lead in various external & internal audit Drive for continuous improvement Prepare inventory documentation: this involves accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other features of inventory for a clear understanding of the state of the stocks Document Control Process knowledge Ensure that inventories are constantly up to standards Document stocks delivery and supervise their movement into operational processing or position Prepare records used to access tax that is due Ensure maintenance of optimal levels of stock for availability as the need arises Ensure proper management of aging and excess stocks Recommend operational process, policies and goals to company's management Carry out inventory control to ensure inventories are at optimal levels Manage and develop team of inventory counters Train personnel on processes and audit processes Educational/Certification Requirement: At least 6 years' demonstrated experience in Warehouse operations in manufacturing environment for Diploma or Degree holder Experience Requirement: At least 8 years relevant experience in Warehouse operations in manufacturing environment for Being in a managerial/supervisory role for minimum 2 years in the relevant mentioned industry. Highly organized and detailed Good leadership skills with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility Proficient in Microsoft Office Application and ERP system Effective leadership skills: The manager needs strong leadership skills to carry out recruiting and hiring; resolving conflicts, and keeping the people motivated enough to work effectively Critical thinking skills: He/she must be able to come up with revolutionary ideas for the company's growth Organization skills: The inventory control manager must be able to organize his/her team, schedules, and inventories to ensure efficiency in work delivery Computer skills: The inventory manager must be able to work with basic computer applications like Microsoft office He/she should have excellent analytical skills to joggle several contending issues and come up with the best decisions Excellent logistical skills to be able to track movement of supplies from the supplier to the warehouse Ability to work under pressure and still maintain ideal disposition towards work At Ultra Clean Technology, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
